Shipment Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 6 business days.

***Please allow for 3-6 weeks to make and ship Pre-Orders or Custom Orders. Production of these items are initiated by Kristen after payment is received and you will receive an email when your order ships.***

Domestic Shipping

At this time, KayHo Ceramics can only be shipped within the US, and all orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $10, and is waived for orders over $150 with code SHIPFREE

2026 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Place orders by Monday, 12/14/26 to ensure Christmas delivery!

Local orders which specify porch pickup must be placed on or before Monday 12/21/26 for pickup on Tuesday 12/22/26
